Hello! It’s been a minute - apologies. I blame running a marathon (did I mention I ran a marathon? ;-) ) and moving house (!) but I’m back and resolve to be more consistent. I’m feeling properly summery now the weather’s perked up (for now), and as a result, sartorially refreshed and inspired. Here are some fashion pieces on my wish list…
The Cardigan
One of those things that makes you gasp when you first see it. I know, I know, smoking’s not cool… but this cardigan certainly is. Would wear done up with a pair of jeans, or undone over a little cami top or dress.

The Gingham Dress
Brown + gingham = swoon! I’d wear this with a biker jacket and heels for a date night, or evening out with the gals.
The Baby Tee
I can’t get enough of baby tees at the moment, especially ones with a silly slogan.
The Mules
I’ve heard these shoes aren’t the most comfortable, but goodness me, they’re cool! The colour & square toe makes them feel quite 90s, which will inject some cool to any evening look. I’m going to make it my mission to find something similar in a vintage store, so watch this space.
The Denim Bermuda Shorts
Long denim shorts are big news this season and with the resurgence of indigo denim, these are firmly on my wish list. I’m quite tempted by the matching shirt too, for the full look. Just add some delicate sandals, heeled or flat.

The Evening Top
I spotted this beauty in Rejina Pyo’s sale and keep chickening out at the checkout. It’s such a beautiful colour and I love the asymmetric fastening - the perfect ‘jeans and a nice top’ top if you ask me. I might just have to pull the trigger, especially with such a hefty discount.
The Event Dress
I’ve got a couple of weddings coming up this summer and I hope to wear this delight to at least one of them. I’m a big fan of this shade of green, and anything feather trimmed is a winner in my book.
The Waistcoat
I’m in the market for a black waistcoat with a higher neckline, so I don’t have to worry about flashing my boobs. This one’s currently out of stock in my size, so that’ll teach me to sleep on it! Keeping my eyes peeled for restocks.
The Evening Top 2
I really do think Reformation is one of the best out there for evening tops. I personally find it quite difficult to find ones that don’t feel too girly or predictable, but Ref’s always hit the spot. This one feels delightfully 80s, and I’m here for it.

The Striped Trousers
It’s no secret I love a pyjama trouser, both in and out of the house. They look great with a simple tank or t-shirt with trainers or sandals, and I spotted these in Anthropologie when I popped into store today. The quality felt lovely for the price and I loved the visible label stitched into the waistband.
The Tube Dress
How good is this tube dress from Hannah Lewis’ collection with Klayd? I’ve tried some of the brand’s pieces before and they fit beautifully, as well as feeling incredibly soft. I imagine this dress is no different - great for a date night with a biker jacket and strappy heels, or with sandals on holiday.
The Jogger Jeans
I’m fascinated by these jeans, which apparently aren’t jeans at all! I’m told they feel exactly like wearing joggers, which peaked my interest for obvious reasons. I’m yet to try them for myself, but combining comfort and style is right up my street.
The Football Jersey
I’ve seen a few cool girls doing the football shirt trend and I’m tempted to give it a go myself. It’s obviously a pretty boyish look, so I think getting one in a pretty colour like this might be a good way to dip my toe in.

The Mini Dress
I can’t get enough of Kitri’s new Cygnus & Lyra collection - the prints and colours are all so mega. I’m not a big print wearer as often I find them too pretty or out there for my taste. The prints in this collection are just perfect, and this green mini is one of my favourite pieces. The print also comes in a top, trouser and shorts, which I’m pretty tempted by also.
The Flip Flop
I’m in the market for a brown flip flop, that feels smart enough to wear beyond the beach. I think the square toe on these Havaianas elevates them just enough to wear in the city too.
Let me know in the comments what you’d like to see next, and I’d love to hear what’s on your summer wish list!
